User Service Agreement

(1) This Agreement is a legal contract between you andShenzhen Da Hua Tong Information Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") regarding your use of the short drama appES TV(hereinafter referred to as "the App").
(2) By registering, logging in, or using the services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement. Minors must use the App under the supervision of a guardian.
(1) Registration Requirements:
Register an account and verify your identity through third-party accounts (e.g., Apple ID, Google, Facebook).
Do not impersonate others or register multiple accounts.
(2) Account Security:
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Any loss caused by disclosure will be borne by you.
If you detect abnormal login activity, immediately contact customer service to freeze your account.
(1) Core Functions:
Watching short dramas, personalized recommendations, paid subscriptions, etc.
(2) Prohibited Conduct:
Disseminating illegal information, artificially inflating metrics, cracking software, or interfering with server operations.
Using short dramas for commercial purposes or creating derivative works without permission.
(1) We only collect necessary information (e.g., device model, viewing history) to optimize our services and store it using encryption technology.
(2) Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:
As required by law or to protect public interests.
In cases of mergers, acquisitions, or corporate restructuring.
(1) All short dramas, interface designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property within the App are owned by us or our licensors.
(2) You may not reverse engineer, modify, or use the content to create derivative works.
(1) We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., network failures, natural disasters).
(2) Links to third-party platforms or advertisements are the responsibility of the providers and are not related to us.
(1) We reserve the right to update this Agreement according to laws or business adjustments. Significant changes will be announced via the App.
(2) You may delete your account at any time, but paid services are non-refundable.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, you may file a lawsuit at theFutian District People’s Court, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
